Flexible space arrangements allow the rooms to be adapted to a variety of events, such as conferences, training sessions, presentations and celebrations. In addition, the facility offers:

• Business Centre rooms – ideal for smaller meetings and focused work,
• Atrium – a space that can be used for exhibitions or networking,
• Observation Deck – a perfect place for informal meetings and moments of relaxation with a view of Lublin.

Since 2020, four rooms in the centre have been transformed into modern studios for hybrid and online events. This is a response to the growing needs of the market, which increasingly combines stationary and virtual forms, enabling a wider audience to be reached.

Thanks to such a comprehensive offer, the Lublin Conference Centre stands out as an excellent venue for organising various events in Lublin.

For the needs of this facility, we designed and implemented a sound system in the conference rooms and foyer, along with an image display system using both high-power projectors and Digital Signage monitors with an integrated control system. The projectors are mounted on lifts, which allows them to be discreetly placed in the ceiling when not in use.

Ceiling sound systems and point sources were installed in the rooms, along with a wireless microphone system. The entire solution is based on signal transmission via a TCP IP network and uses copper and fibre optic cabling.
